Watch a free screening of the new entertaining documentary about Wisconsin’s sturgeon spearfishing tradition, “The Frozen Chosen,” with UWO alumnus and Emmy-winning filmmaker Steve Boettcher ’82. The hour-long film follows two families as they pursue their deep passion for spearing the curious, prehistoric sturgeons in the icy waters of Lake Winnebago. 4:30 p.m. reception with light refreshments, 5:15 p.m. screening of the film, 6:15 p.m. short Q & A with Boettcher.
