Based upon the recommendation of College of Business Dean Al Hartman, who sought nominations and input from a variety of sources, we are pleased to announce that C. Burk Tower has been named interim dean for the College of Business until June 30, 2009.
Professor Tower has served as an associate Dean in the College of Business, as well as having been department chair and faculty development director. He also has helped build the Wisconsin Family Business Forum and served as the University’s faculty representative for athletics.
Burk’s considerable experience at UW Oshkosh will complement the current leadership team in the College of Business and help ensure that the college continues its fine record of academic success.
The entire University administration looks forward to working with Interim Dean Tower over the course of the upcoming year.
