’65 Mike Hille (EHS) retired after 33 years as the director of the Shawano City-County Library. 6-1-08.

’66 Don Roll (EHS), MSE ’74, of Mayville, resigned from the Mayville School District Board of Education after 12 years of service. He had worked for rural schools in Brownsville, Hartford, Kekoskee and Mayville for 37 years. 6-1-08.

’68 Wayne Wiegand (LS), a Manitowoc native living in Tallahassee, Fla., will take a year off from lecturing at Florida State University to write “A People’s History of the American Public Library, 1850-2000.” 6-1-08

’76 Debra Schaefer (EHS) teaches and coaches track at the Melrose-Mindoro High School, where nearly one-third of the students participate in track and field. 6-1-08.

’78 Mike Hanson (LS), MBA ’89, of New London, accepted the position of chief operating officer of the Ministry Medical Group. 6-1-08.

’79 Kim Eparvier (EHS) of Peshtigo will assume the presidency of the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators in July. 6-1-08.

’79 Linda (Zdroik) Jerzak (N) joined the Ministry Health Care-Saint Mary’s Hospital weight management team as a program nurse practitioner. She also is part of the new family medicine team in Rhinelander. 6-1-08.

’79 Douglas Kline (LS) was promoted to chief gas technician in the Ripon District of Alliant Energy WPL. 6-1-08.

’84 Daniel Steinert (LS), of Appleton, recently presented at the Organ Dedication Concert of the Rodgers Grand Organ at All Saints Church. Steinert has earned multiple degrees, honors and awards for his musical talents. 6-1-08.

’88 Kim (Davies) Resheski-Wedepohl (LS) of Reedsville has joined Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as a financial representative. 6-1-08.

’88 Stacey (Bradley) Timm (B) of Green Bay joined Unity Hospice as director of finance. 6-1-08.

’95 Kevin Behnke (B), who works for the Green Bay/De Pere office of Hawkins, Ash, Baptie & Company, has accepted the chairmanship of the firm’s governmental service group. 6-1-08.

’95 Julie (Siegl) Scharenbroch (EHS) was recently featured in the Sheboygan Press ‘Head of The Class’ section. She teaches sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade literature, English and religion at Christ Child Academy. 6-1-08.

’96 Marilee (Sirkis) Bell (MSN) has joined the medical staff of Luther Midelfort Northland clinic at Rice Lake as a nurse practitioner. 6-1-08.

’96 Sarah (Evenson) Merranko (LS) and husband Keith are happy to announce the birth of their son, Andrew Thomas Merranko, who joins his sister, Julia. 6-1-08.

’98 Cory (McEvoy) Haight (LS), of Pewaukee, and her husband, Michael, welcomed their second daughter, Allison Paige Haight on Oct. 19. She joins her sister, Emily Catherine, 5. 6-1-08.

’99 Julie (Tibbits) Makowski (B), of Hubertus, has been with the Marshall & Ilsley Corporation for seven years and was recently promoted to corporate benefits retirement program supervisor. 6-1-08.

’00 Michael Bertram (B), of Oshkosh, was honored as Inexperienced Associate of the Year for 2007 by Strategic Wealth Management Group. 6-1-08.

’02 Kelly (Hauschildt) Butzen (LS), of Oshkosh, husband Carl ’99 (LS), and daughter, Sarah, welcomed a baby boy, Carl Levi, into their family on Feb. 12. 6-1-08.

’02 Rosette (Buening) Morrey (N) of Waterloo, Iowa, was recently selected for the Iowa Wheaton Outstanding Nurse award for 2008. Rosette and husband Jim also welcomed Grace Elizabeth in July to join big sister Kylie Rose. 6-1-08.

’06 Jay Shambeau (MPA) has been selected as the county administrator for Calumet County. 6-1-08.
