Retired College of Nursing faculty member Betty Regan passed away April 26 at age 87. Regan had recently established the Elizabeth A. Regan Scholarship Endowment, which is designed to help nursing students with financial need from northeastern Wisconsin.

Regan saw many changes in nursing over her career. Her professional life has included work as a nurse’s aide, service as an Army nurse during World War II and 31 years of teaching – the last two years of teaching were spent at the college until her retirement in 1980.
