Two area family businesses, Jagemann Stamping Co. and  Morton Pharmacy, have become members of the Wisconsin Family Business Forum as well as Sustainable Continuous Improvement LLC as a new sponsor.

Jagemann Stamping Co., founded by William P. Jagemann, Sr. in 1946, is a fourth generation family business operating a full-service stamping company based in Manitowoc. The company’s expertise lies in the production of deep drawn metal stampings using a number of high speed transfer presses.

Established in 1932 by Charles E. Morton, Morton Pharmacy is a fourth generation family business. Today, Morton Pharmacy has twelve locations throughout the Fox Valley that provide a wide spectrum of high quality pharmacist care services, disease state management and health care products.

Sustainable Continuous Improvement LLC joins as a sponsor and is based out of Oshkosh. They aim to provide valued leadership to northeast Wisconsin family businesses by guiding leaders and employees to transform the company into a “winning” culture. Sponsoring the Forum carries out their vision: “Making a difference in business, lives and community.”

Wisconsin Family Business Forum is the oldest family business organization in Wisconsin. As part of the College of Business at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, we foster healthy family businesses by offering assistance with succession planning, leadership development, communication techniques and conflict resolution.
