The Titan Touchdown Club is accepting nominations through Dec. 1, for the Russ Young Leadership and Achievement Award, which honors a former University of Wisconsin Oshkosh football player or coach.
Recipients of the award reflect the legacy of Young, who coached at UWO from 1963 to 1976 and was committed to excellence on and off the field. Young embraced the values of fair competition, mentoring others, leading by example, and leaving a positive impact on student athletes at UWO long after they left the playing field.
