The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Reeve Union Board will host comedian Ralphie May at 8 p.m. Oct. 20 in Albee Hall, 776 Algoma Blvd.
Tickets cost $10 for students and $20 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Student Leadership and Involvement Center’s front desk in Reeve Memorial Union or the day of show.
Ralphie May has been selling out many venues since his debut on the first season of “Last Comic Standing.” His no-nonsense comedy has allowed him to connect with audiences across many diverse backgrounds. May is not afraid to speak the truth, making jokes about race, terrorism, religion, everyday life and himself.
Reeve Union Board’s concerts committee is bringing Ralphie May as their major comedian for the year. The concerts committee is responsible for bringing nationally known musical and comedy acts to UW Oshkosh. Past acts include Ben Folds, Yung Joc, Cartel and Daniel Tosh. Reeve Union Board is responsible for hundreds of events put on for students each year.
No cameras, drinks, food, cigarettes or lighters will be allowed into Albee Hall. All who bring listed items will have them removed before entering the hall. The doors at 7 p.m.
