Students from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh joined more than 1,000 people who jumped into the icy waters of Lake Winnebago on Feb. 23 to raise money for the Special Olympics. Among the campus groups that participated were students in the criminal justice program and members of the UW Oshkosh chapter of Sigma Pi.
