Jim VandeHei, executive editor of The Politico (www.politico.com) and a 1995 University of Wisconsin Oshkosh graduate, will participate in a live, online chat with The Oshkosh Northwestern 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.

The focus of conversation will be the state of the 2008 presidential race in the wake Wisconsin’s primary election.

VandeHei has served as political reporter for The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. In 2006, he cofounded The Politico, a Web-focused publication specializing in American politics. He regularly appears as a political expert for various news outlets.
