UW Oshkosh permanent classified staff members who have been employed for at least one year are invited to apply for grants.

The grants are intended solely for noncredit conferences, seminars and workshops. The maximum grant to be awarded is $100. The employee’s unit or department must at least match the grant.

The budget submitted must include the grant amount requested, the event fee and all estimated travel expenses for the event, including mileage, meals, lodging and other transportation costs.

To apply for a grant, complete the application at http://www.uwosh.edu/csac/assets/csac/grants/application.php and submit it and a copy of the event brochure to the Student Loan Office, Dempsey 232.

The application deadline is March 10, for events after Feb. 4, 2008. Grant recipients will be notified by March 31.
