The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh women’s basketball team has reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Championship for the second time in four years.

The Titans defeated DePauw University 64-49 Saturday in the second round of the tournament to advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2014 and the seventh time in University history. UWO’s balanced offense was led by Eliza Campbell’s 12 points. Teammate Alex Richard chipped in six points and grabbed a game-high 11 boards.

UW Oshkosh will travel to St. Louis, Mo., to face Washington University in St. Louis at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 10, at WashU defeated St. Norbert 73-54 in the opening round and earned a spot in Sweet Sixteen with a 83-74 win over Wheaton University Saturday.

Ticket prices for Friday’s game against WashU at WU Field House are as follows:

  • Adults $7
  • Students, seniors and children $5

 

The ticket booth will open one hour prior to game time and is CASH only.
