Mark Schmitt, the distance learning coordinator and learning management system administrator for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Center for Career Development and Employability Training (CCDET), was recently awarded the Partner of the Quarter Award from Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) in recognition of his innovation and excellence in customer service.

DWFS is a nationally and internationally respected workforce training, consulting, management and administrative services organization. The award was presented by Beki Lockery, project director for DWFS.

Schmitt’s thoughtful oversight and consistent professional development in supporting staff to maximize the learning management system allowed staff to focus on the development and delivery of quality training projects. Schmitt collaborated with DWFS staff to develop a series of professional development training opportunities. He provided critical information and insight, resulting in engaging and successful training experiences.

An excerpt from Schmitt’s nomination stated: “Mark is the ultimate partner and we are all better trainers and people because of him and his efforts!”
