Chef Fritz Niebergall wrangled quite a shopping list last week as he worked to plan, prepare  and serve a special dinner at Reeve Memorial Union in honor of Andrew Leavitt’s installation as the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s 11th chancellor.
