Miller previously served as the assistant vice president of student success at Baylor University, where he was responsible for the student success and enrollment management of 14,000 students. He also served in student success-related roles at Southern Methodist University, the University of Florida and the University of Texas at Arlington.

“Dr. Miller has a long career dedicated to student success,” Chancellor Andrew Leavitt said. “I look forward to his leadership as we focus on a comprehensive enrollment management strategy at UW Oshkosh.”

Miller has an Ed.D. in higher education from the University of North Texas Denton, TX, his M.Ed. in higher education administration from Texas Tech University and his B.A. in psychology from Baylor University.
