The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh presents: Getting it Right: Organic Waste Stream Management for Rural Communities and Small Farms in four locations throughout March.

A dependable and efficient solid waste disposal system may be a positive renewable alternative for small farms and rural communities. At the session, learn about experience operating a small farm anaerobic digester; hear directly from the operations.

This session held at four locations throughout Wisconsin will discuss the concept of biodigestion, the technology used for small-scale farms, along with sustainability, and financial viability information. The sessions are free to attend. Sessions are held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.
