Flags will be flown at half-staff at UW Oshkosh from sunrise to sunset Wednesday, Jan. 16, as a mark of respect for Corporal Jason Lemke who died of injuries sustained during enemy action on Jan. 5, and as a mark of respect for Pfc. Timothy Hanson, who died on Jan. 7 while serving his country in Iraq. Gov. Jim Doyle has directed that all U.S. and Wisconsin flags be flown at half-staff at all state buildings, grounds and military installations.
