Biedermann comes to the Business Success Center from the City of Omro, where she worked as the Community Development Director. During her time in Omro, she worked with local businesses, organizations and residents to foster a collaborative climate within the city and she worked to maintain a positive image for Omro throughout the region. She has bachelor’s degrees in environmental science and in environmental policy and planning and a master’s degree in environmental law.
Biedermann came to the field of community development after working as a community organizer.
As Outreach Program Manager, Biedermann will be responsible for connecting businesses and organization with campus resources. Additionally, she will also be managing the Survey Success Success Center. The Survey Success Center is just one of the many resources offered through the Business Success Center.
Formerly named the Center for Community Partnerships, the Business Success Center started in 1998 in order to provide opportunities for the University’s faculty, staff, students and alumni to work in partnership with others. In addition to provide the Survey Success Center, the BSC also offers consulting, training and development, and internships. The Business Success Center is located at 549 High Avenue, right across the street from the UW Oshkosh campus.
