Ten months after they first acquired Oshkosh’s downtown hotel, the new owners said the end of the building’s first-ever top-to-bottom renovation is in sight. Owners Rich Batley, John Pfefferle and the University ofWisconsin-Oshkosh Foundation remain on track to open the hotel in late April following a $15 million rebuild that has taken longer and cost more than anyone expected.
“We’re over all the crises now,” Batley said.
