The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s radio/TV/film department helped local Boy Scouts earn their communications badge, hosting a tour of WRST, the University’s student radio station, and introducing them to the technology that makes live radio possible. Randall Davidson, director of radio services, gave the senior Webelos of Pack 3644 the opportunity to make their own recordings.
