Campus and community members are invited to join the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Inter-Tribal Student Organization at its annual powwow on the UW Oshkosh campus Saturday, Nov. 3 at Albee Hall.

The powwow is a free, public and family-friendly event, so guests are encouraged to bring friends and family.

The event’s Grand Entries will take place at 1 p.m. and 7 pm. A dinner break is scheduled from 5p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Inter-Tribal Powwow is sponsored by the Inter-Tribal Student Organization at UW Oshkosh. This year’s emcee is Elliott Funmaker, Sr. He is joined by Arena Director Brian Jackson; Head Dancers, Stephen King and Julie Hill; Veterans of the Menominee Nation; invited drummers, Smokeytown, the Wisconsin Dells Singers, Nanapowe, Young Firekeepers and many more.
