The National College Testing Association (NCTA) honored Duane Goupell, director of Testing Services at UW Oshkosh, with its President’s Award in August during a national conference in San Antonio, Texas.

The President’s Award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions through service and leadership to NCTA. Goupell was recognized for his work as committee chair of the Test Center Certification Project, which requires member schools to meet specific professional standards in the performance of testing, further promoting and enhancing the professionalism of the organization.
