The public is invited to join the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus community in a Candidate Forum on Thursday, Oct. 11 examining what legislators think about issues from obesity to underage drinking.

“re:TH!NKing What Healthy Looks Like” is sponsored by re:TH!NK, the UW Oshkosh Kinesiology Club, Spark, the Winnebago County Health Department, the American Democracy Campaign, and the UW Oshkosh Campus Health and Safety Committee.

State legislative candidates including: District 18 State Senator Jessica King, 53rd Assembly candidate Ryan Flejter, 54th Assembly Representative Gordon Hintz and 54th Assembly challenger Paul Esslinger and 55th Assembly candidate Jim Crail.

Come learn about the issues, what solutions are out there and what legislative candidates think.

The forum is set for Thursday, October 11, 4:30 p.m. to 6 pm in the Reeve Memorial Union Theatre at UW Oshkosh, 800 Algoma Blvd.

Parking will be available in campus lots 13, 15, 32, 34 or in the High Ave parking ramp (visit www.uwosh.edu/parking for details).
