Employers and recruiters from across Wisconsin will have the opportunity to listen to and speak with Phil Gardner of Michigan State University during his presentation “Trends in Recruiting” 9 to 11:30 a.m. April 10 in the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Reeve Union Theater. The event is sponsored by Career Services.

Gardner, director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute at MSU, will discuss topics important to both recruiters and students, including the search for global talent, sustaining one’s workforce, aggressively hiring this year’s graduates and remaining committed to growth despite the economy.

Gardner’s report provides an analysis of the college labor market. This professional career event is free to all recruiters, University students and alumni who sign up on the Career Services Titan Jobs database, though seating is limited.

Career Services is dedicated to providing students and alumni with opportunities and tools to enhance career development. Through outreach and collaboration with employers, the University, Career Services and the entire community forms partnerships and maintain relationships.
