University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumna Julie Seckar-Anderson MST ’80, of Oshkosh, is leading her parade corps team of baton and flag twirlers to the National Baton Twirling Association’s World Competition in Neuchatel, Switzerland, April 4-8. Alumna Kayla Schuster ’12, and UWO freshman Whitney Schreiber will be among the twirlers representing Team USA.
