Alumna Heidi Hansen feels a sense of pride – the kind that triggers goosebumps – when she watches the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh football players on the field.
Hansen has come to know the players well over the past couple of seasons, as she leads them in a yoga class bright and early every Tuesday morning. Their sessions help the players to relax and also help in overall athletic performance, balance, flexibility and in injury prevention.
“I know they are here every morning and working hard,” she said.
