Would the University ever consider creating a Hotel/Restaurant major and then inviting the Culinary Arts students from FVTC to work with Hotel/Restaurant majors at this facility? UW Oshkosh and FVTC could work together on both the academic program as well as a laboratory experience. An existing model is the Kellogg Center at Michigan State University where students help run both the hotel and the restaurant at this facility. MSU does accept transfer credits from the FVTC Culinary Arts program into thier Hotel/Restaurant major. Currently UW Stout is the only UW campus offering this academic major.
