Opening Night Host / Hostess
Per Production: 2 students
A signup sheet will be posted on the Theatre office ddor (A/C W 103)
Monday 3 pm - 2 weeks before production opens
First come - first serve - 1 complimentary ticket given to each host/ess
Tuesday before Production
- Stop by Theatre Front Office to pick up instructions
Opening Night Intermission
- Go to Experimental Theatre through R/TV/F hallway
NOT BACK STAGE HALLWAY! - Set up 2 tables, 1 for cake, 1 for drinks
- Move trash cans next to the doors in Experimental Theatre
- Get cake and soda from Theatre Office.
- Get plates, glasses, silverware from TAB Office
- Set up everything on tables
- Cut cake and serve on plates
- Pour soda in cups.
After Party
- Clean up Experimental Theatre
- Take soda & leftover cake to Theatre Office
- Take clean plates, silverware, cups to TAB Office
