Directions

• From Highway 41:
• Exit at Highway 21. Follow 21 east (Oshkosh Ave.) past Howard Johnson's to High Ave. (first stoplight after crossing the Fox River).
• Turn right onto High Ave. Get into left lane and proceed 2 blocks.
• Turn left on Vine Ave. (UW Oshkosh sign on the corner). Cross Algoma Blvd.
• Go one block, turn right onto Elmwood Ave. Parking lot 34 is on left side of street across from Polk Library. Please purchase a parking permit from Testing Services, Polk room 4, and display permit in driver's side window. Do not park in a metered or restricted space.
• From Neenah via Highway 45 :
• Follow 76 to Algoma Blvd. and turn right (Hardee's is on the corner).
• On Algoma, turn right (by Lincoln School) onto Elmwood Ave. Follow Elmwood to parking lot 34 (right side of street scross from Polk Library).
• Display parking permit on driver's side window. Do not park in a metered or restricted space.
• From Fond du Lac via Highway 45:
• Follow 45 north (Main St. in Oshkosh) to Algoma Blvd. (a one-way street to the left - Washington Avenue goes to the right).
• Turn left onto Algoma.
• On Algoma, turn right (by Lincoln School) onto Elmwood Ave. Follow Elmwood to parking lot 34 (right side of street across from Polk Library).
• Display parking permit on driver's side window. Do not park in a metered or restricted space.
• From Neenah via Country Road A (the lake road):
• County A becomes Bowen Street in Oshkosh.
• Follow Bowen to Murdock Ave. and turn right.
• Follow Murdock to Jackson St. and turn left.
• Follow Jackson to Algoma Blvd. and turn right (Hardee's is on the corner).
• Proceed as indicated in directions from Fond du Lac.
• Handicap Access
• Use sidewalks to front door of Polk Library.
• Enter and immediately turn right in entry foyer. Elevator will be on your right.
• Go down to lower level.
• When you get off the elevator, turn to your right. It angles out into a long hallway until you see Testing Services signs (located on right side of the hall).
• Side Entrance
• Enter south side of Polk Library from parking lot 28. This lot is to the left of Polk Library as you face the building from Elmwood Ave.
• Take the stairs to the left of the loading dock, enter the building and proceed straight ahead in the hallway where signs are posted for Testing Services.
