Smoking Cessation Classes

Smoking is the number one cause of illness and premature death. Quitting smoking is the single most important thing you can do to improve your health. UWO's Student Health Center is currently working to provide a certified Smoking Cessation Facilitator on campus. Check our website for progress in this area.

Individual Coaching

Make an appointment to meet with a medical provider to assist you in developing a quit plan. You are more likely to succeed with your quit attempt if you have a plan, use nicotine replacement products and prescribed medication.
