Cashier's Office

Cashiers WindowThe UW Oshkosh Cashier’s Office is responsible for collecting, recording and depositing all of the University funds. At the Cashier’s Office you may:

  • Make tuition payments

  • Make inquiries about a Student Account

  • Request Book Advance forms

  • Request Partial Payment Plan Agreement forms

  • Receive short-term loan funds

  • Make inquiries about the status of your financial aid overpayment  including:

After-hours payments may be made in the night depository box on the wall directly next to the Cashier's Office window.

    • Advanced Opportunity Grant

    • Bureau of Indian Affairs Grant

    • Federal Pell Grant

    • Federal Perkins Loan

    • Federal Stafford Loan

    • Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant

    • Lawton Undergraduate Minority Retention Grant

    • Minority Teacher Forgivable Loan

Students cannot cash checks here. Check cashing must be done at a financial institution of your choice.

    • Nursing Student loan

    • Scholarship checks

  • Talent Incentive Program Grant

  • Wisconsin Higher Education Grant

  • Wisconsin Native American Student Grant

The Cashier's Office also serves all University departments by:

  • Receiving funds collected by other University departments for sales and services

  • Providing reimbursements from the petty cash fund
