There have been many changes to workplace/certified agreements over the years and employees need to be mindful of the rights and responsibilities they have at work under this system. This program explores the issues that exist for employees in negotiating an employment contract or accepting an agreement at a job. Issues related to discrimination, equal opportunity, pay and conditions, leave and other entitlements, unreasonable work demands, health and safety, bullying and harassment, as well as unfair dismissal, all feature as vital components of knowing your rights at work. Also, understanding what support or assistance is available is presented in this program.
