Description
VisionsofEarth is a DVD-based series derived from National Science Education Standards. It was designed to fit with current and future Earth science curricula in schools across the country. Drawing upon the American Geological Institute's huge geoscientific archive of HD television footage, this video provides an overview of the biosphere and its components, evolution, and interactions with non-living Earth systems, including the hydrosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere. It also includes a discussion of how humans are impacting Earth systems.
