In this video, Cutting Edge team members explore the Myers-Briggs personality assessment. Dion explains that the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator® is based on Carl Jung's theory of four principal psychological functions by which we experience the world. It identifies four dichotomies and 16 personality types. The staff has fun testing themselves to discover which combinations they are. There are no wrong or right answers; the MBTI is a means of working out better modes of communication and understanding between employees.
