Description
Nearly two hundred years after Faraday wowed his audiences by demonstrating electromagnetic induction, this video uses a variety of contemporary examples to illustrate how it is possible to produce and distribute electrical energy on a large scale. Topics include electric and magnetic fields, electromagnets, the motor effect and EM induction particularly concentrating on transformers and Tesla coils.
