This program focuses on the rise to political power of Luis Echeverría, who by dent of hard work and dedication to PRI and Presidents Ruiz Cortines, López Mateos and Díaz Ordaz rose to the presidency in 1970 despite his involvement as Secretary of the Interior at the time of the student massacre of Tlalteloco in 1968.
