Hereford Furniture. The Factory Controller

For five months under Digby's expert guidance, problems are isolated and tackled, experts are called in and big decisions made, including reducing product range and developing a new brand and design concept. Digby also addresses management communication challenges to improve employee morale and production efficiency. A BBC production.
