Description

Joyce Grenfell and Dame Edith Evans are the narrators and the archive footage features suffragette protests, including Emily Davison at the 1913 Derby; working women during the First World War; Suzanne Lenglen playing tennis; and a sample of 1920s and 30s fashions.
