Sheryl Sandberg. Women Must Learn to "Lean In
Description
Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook's COO, has some advice for women in the workplace: get over the need to be liked. This ABC News report talks to Sandberg about why women still have problems becoming as successful as men. She acknowledges the fact that strong, confident women are still seen as "difficult" and "bossy," while men with the same attributes are respected and liked by both men and women. The conclusion Sandberg comes to is that if you have something to say, and it's worth saying, someone won't be happy about it, and women need to accept that.
