The Man with the Golden Arm
Description
Based on a novel by Nelson Algren, this classic 1955 film tells of a musician (played by Frank Sinatra) who escapes his heroin addiction in prison only to be dragged back to his old life of drug abuse and unsavory living. The performance is generally considered the highlight of Sinatra's acting career.
