Making Decisions
Description
Every decision a manager makes is open to scrutiny from above and below, and can leave the company open to legal action. This episode explores an extremely flawed process where a team leader decides who should be laid off based on toy and arm wrestling competitions. The DECIDE formula is introduced and an employee is reinstated because the decision to fire him was unethical.
