Developing Emotional Competence
Description
This program helps viewers discover what emotional competence is and how to develop it in four easy steps. First, users define emotional competence - recognizing your own thinking patterns and getting in touch with your own intuition. Secondly, becoming aware of emotional self control - including controlling emotions and staying calm in difficult or challenging situations. Thirdly, understanding others' emotions - being sensitive to others and showing concern to help other people.
