Gender and Conflict Management

Description

It is well established that gender is a significant factor in the perception and communication that influence interpersonal relationships - and that conflict is inevitable in human interactions. This program reviews how conflict-management styles differ for women and men in professional settings. It also offers suggestions for positive responses given those gender differences.
