Nostalgia Trip
Description
In this episode, Dr. Michael Mosley immerses his guests in youthful memories of their past to test if it can actually improve their health and explores how reliable our memories actually are. We meet some of the former pupils of St. Bede's school at what they think is a school reunion being filmed at the country house. How does Lorraine, the popular girl, react when she's taken on a trip down memory lane? And does class tease Paul have the same memories as his school friends? Dr. Michael Mosley takes them on this nostalgia trip with the help of neuroscientist Dr. Jack Lewis and psychologist Anna Machin.
