Similar triangles
Description
If Pam and a telephone pole are each casting a shadow, how can the height of the pole be determined indirectly? This program keeps the subject of similar triangles in proportion as it describes the Angle-Angle Similarity Postulate and the Side-Angle-Side and Side-Side-Side Similarity Theorems. A proof demonstrating both the definition of proportional sides and the definition of similar triangles is also included.
