The Good Society. Los Angeles
Description
The second part of The Good Society focuses on Los Angeles and tells the stories of people who have long recognized the need for cooperative action to benefit the community as a whole. This need is even clearer now in light of the recent riots. This program with Bill Moyers features individuals in schools, churches, and grassroots organizations who put forth their ideas in support of building the community in economically devastated urban areas.
