Family counseling using reality therapy
Description
In this role-playing simulation we see a counselor employing the WDEP system (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) by asking family members to define their wants and evaluate their own behavior and make plans for special time together. When family members spend time with each other in a non-critical way they build a storehouse of pleasant memories and perceptions toward each other. These serve as a solid foundation for lessening harmful feelings, solving problems and making decisions.
