Included are conversations with Dorothy Height, Vernon Jordan, and John Lewis about their memoirs and remembrances of the March on Washington, Rosa Parks, and Hamilton Holmes. This collection also features a 1997 interview with Ruby Bridges, who in 1960, at 6-years old, became the first African American child to desegregate an elementary school.
