Death by suicide deeply affects the lives of those who are left behind by the one who has died. With so much pain and sorrow it is difficult to know how to navigate these changes. This video offers encouragement and support to survivors who are both grieving a loved one's death by suicide, and wondering why it happened at all. Advice from experts and family members who have walked this path combines with resources that teach friends how they can help.
