Concert in the Rain Forest
Description
March 2002 saw Christopher Laird of Banyan working with filmmaker and cultural activist Michel Gilkes filming a visit Michael organised to the Waiwai village of Masakenari in Guyana with Guyanese concert pianist and music professor, Ray Luck, and piano technician Remington Ally to join the Waiwai's in a concert of music and song. A Concert Pianist and Piano Technician form part of an exhibition to Masakenari, a Wai Wai village in Guyana near the Brazilian border to recondition their piano and play a concert.
