Description
Shows the office of the Bureau of Reclamation in Newell, S.D., and views of irrigation projects at Belle Fourche (S.D.), Minidoka (Idaho), and Shoshone, North Platte, and Riverton (Wyo.). Includes views of Willwood and Wind River dams in Wyoming; a family of colored homesteaders; a sugar beet factory; street scenes in Burley and Minidoka, Idaho, and in Mitchell, Wyo.; and a panorama of South Torrington, Wyo. Young 4-H Club members pose with prize animals. Boys and girls work in a cannery.
